Downward Dads & Brews
On Sunday, June 9th, Kids Yoga Flow hosted a unique and fun-fillsed yoga session for kids and their dads at The Tank Brewing Co.
We enjoyed an hour of mindful movement, partner and group poses, and a fun opportunity to bond in a brand new way!
After plenty of movement, class ended with our special relaxtion - and this is where the MAGIC happens!
Dads received a ticket for one (1) complimentary core beer and families were invited to enjoy the brewery for bites, beers, and games for family SUNDAY FUNDAY!

Safe Streets Halloween Block Party

A free-community event from 4:00pm-7:00pm. There will be safe and fun trick-or-treating and interactive activities for the whole family. Kids Yoga Flow will have a tent set up with mindful movement activities, special prizes, sweet treats, and we will be hosting a family yoga session during the event.
